If you receive a "Sorry, your reset token is invalid!" message, you may be able to bypass that message by performing the following steps:
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies
- Reset your password (e.g. by selecting the "Forgot password?" option on the login page)
If the above steps do not work for you, please feel free to submit a Support ticket (by clicking on the "Contact Us" button at the top of the AuditBoard Help Center, or by clicking on the "?" icon — in the lower left-hand corner of the AuditBoard platform — and then selecting the "Contact Support" option that appears) and attach a screenshot (of the "Sorry, your reset token is invalid!" message) to the Support ticket.
