If Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is not working as expected, this may be due to one of the following causes:
- You are not using the same email as the email that is associated with the user's AuditBoard account
- To resolve this, use the same email as the email that is associated with the user's AuditBoard account
- If you are prompted to reset your password more than once, you did not refresh the page
- To resolve this (if you are prompted to reset your password more than once), refresh the page
- If you are prompted to reset your password more than once, you did not clear cookies and cache
- To resolve this (if you are prompted to reset your password more than once), clear cookies and cache
- If applicable, your country code (at the beginning of the phone number that is listed in AuditBoard) is invalid or otherwise inconsistent (e.g. different from the country code of another user who is from the same country and is successfully using 2FA)
- To resolve this, ensure that your country code (at the beginning of the phone number that is listed in AuditBoard) is valid or otherwise consistent (e.g. the same as the country code of another user who is from the same country and is successfully using 2FA)
