When exporting control information to a PDF, you may be unable to see the PDF file because there is a pop-up blocker on your browser that is preventing you from viewing the PDF.
To bypass the error message and enable the PDF download, please click on the pop-up blocker notification, choose "Always allow pop-ups from https://example.soxhub.com", and click "Done" to save the changes.
Once you have enabled the pop-ups, please return to the control page and rerun the PDF print function to view the PDF file.
