Troubleshooting - I cannot see the change(s) that another user made

This article provides potential solutions for reconciling discrepancies between your view and the view of another user (e.g. if another user made a change that you are unable to see).

Potential Solution #1: Refresh the page (e.g. by clicking on the "circular arrow" icon in the upper left-hand corner of a Google Chrome window, by clicking into the URL search bar and then pressing the "Enter" key)

Potential Solution #2: Log out of AuditBoard (by clicking on your initials in the upper right-hand corner of the page, and then selecting the "Logout" option that appears), and then log back in to AuditBoard
